The Stoic: Behold.. A Starving Artist

The Stoic: Behold... A Starving Artist is a collection of songs that expresses the artist's style of music through lyrical streams of consciousness in combination with live musical instrumentation. This combination of musical artistry invites the listeners to explore the hidden worlds of The Stoic's introspection of spoken word that is illustrated through the genre of alternative hip hop music.  

This fusion is accomplished through live instrumentation of electric/acoustic guitar, electric bass, keyboards, and string arrangements. The 1st song from the LP, "Cloak-N-Dagger" discusses the "trial and error" of human life when a person is blinded by their ambition (Cloak) but will suffer the penalty that awaits (Dagger) through a stream of consciousness, accompanied by an electric guitar solo that seals the victim's fate. The 2nd song on the LP is "Essence of Truth". Essence of Truth discusses the 4 main ways how truth is revealed in a person's life: Anger, Confessions, Laughter, and Surveillance. Feel Me is shared with Nati D Apollo with background singing vocals by Phenom.
